After working in care in both a residential setting as well as part of a mobile domiciliary service and having families and friends who have used and are using domiciliary care, I decided to set up a small but perfectly formed service, offering personal care, respite for carers, short-term help following an illness or a return from hospital, companionship, support with domestic tasks and shopping. A new, flexible domiciliary care service for you or your family.
Keeping in touch with family and loved ones
What the Covid pandemic highlighted to me was that physical contact between families and friends is vital and of course, was not possible for so many of us. The next best method which has come on leaps and bounds over the last few years is virtual online communication. Sadly this sort of technology has been lacking in so many lives, either due to a lack of time and experience or not having the technology. Part of the service I am offering is to enable families and friends to get together virtually via whichever means is suitable and preferable (WhatsApp, Zoom, Messenger etc.) to ensure contact is regular and satisfactory.
